Drew Simmons
Drew Simmons is the president and founder of Pale Morning Media (2001).
A communications specialist with an extensive resume in the outdoor world, Simmons’ marketing experience includes work with more than 35 industry leaders and rising brands in a broad variety of categories including apparel, accessories, equipment, events, destinations, media, organizations and associations.
Simmons began his professional career as a newspaper reporter in Jackson Hole, Wyo. That editorial experience led to more than a decade of print, web, and broadcast adventures, including award-winning work for the Jackson Hole News, the Jackson Hole Guide, and Resort Sports Network television. Simmons is still active in freelance journalism, with recent bylines appearing in Adventure Journal, The Drake, Elevation Outdoors, SNEWS and Outdoor Retailer Magazine.
Simmons is active locally and nationally as an advocate for the outdoor recreation economy. He is a steering committee member of the Vermont Outdoor Recreation Economic Collaborative, as well as the Vermont Outdoor Business Association.
