This land is your land. Until it's not.

The State of Utah wants more oil and gas money, and they want it now.  “Wouldn’t it be great to believe that this effort to transfer public lands from the feds to the states is some altruistic, grassroots idea meant to manage those lands in a way that works better for everyone?
